Prospective Graduate Students -Supervised by Dr. Numer

The SHaG Lab is committed to providing an excellent training environment for students at all academic levels.

Dr. Numer is the Principal Investigator of the SHaG Lab. As head of the lab, he has significant experience providing scholarly mentorship and research training.

He supports his students and works to ensure their success in every way possible. Dr. Numer’s graduate students work in the lab, receiving training through research assistant work and regular meetings. He encourages all his students to publish their research, as demonstrated by his undergraduate honours students, who have all published their honours theses. There are over 15 undergraduate and graduate students affiliated with the SHaG Lab in both paid and volunteer roles. Dr. Numer also has experience supervising Research in Medicine projects through Dalhousie’s Faculty of Medicine.
